Bonded foam is made from densified, recycled foam — it is firm, very durable, and ideal for back sleepers or buyers who want strong support at a lower price. HR (high-resilience) foam is fresh foam with a higher rebound rate, giving a livelier, more responsive feel. Many Sparsh models layer both: an HR top layer for comfort, a bonded core for long-term support.

Yes. Our memory foam range is built around contouring, pressure-point relief and motion isolation — suitable for couples, side sleepers, and anyone with stiffness or recurring pain. Memory foam offered by Sparsh uses a viscoelastic top layer paired with a denser support core to prevent the "sinking" feeling associated with cheaper memory foams.

Bonnel springs are interconnected coils — sturdy, bouncy and great for airflow, but movement on one side is felt across the bed. Pocket springs are individually encased coils that move independently, giving precise zonal support and significantly less partner disturbance. Pocket-spring models in the Vibrant series are the right choice for couples who want spring feel without the bounce transfer.

Length: 72", 75" and 78". Width: 30", 36", 42", 48", 60", 66" and 72". This covers Single, Diwan, Double, Queen and King sizes used across Indian homes. For King 78"x72", 78"x66" and Queen 75"x60", we keep stock variants ready at most dealers.

Yes — non-standard sizes are made-to-order through our dealers. Lead time is typically 7 to 14 days depending on the series. Share the inner-frame dimensions of your bed (length × width × height) and your dealer will confirm a price.

4" mattresses suit guest beds, diwans and children. 5" is the most common everyday choice. 6" delivers better support for heavier sleepers and partners with weight differences. 8" and above are premium, multi-layer constructions designed for pressure relief and a hotel-style feel.

Firmness varies by series. Bonded-foam ranges sit at the firm end (8/10), HR-foam ranges are medium-firm (6–7/10), and memory-foam Real-Puff models lean medium (5–6/10). Spring models flex based on coil gauge. Try the mattress at a dealer for at least 8–10 minutes per side before deciding.

Warranty ranges from 2 to 11 years depending on the series and construction. The exact term is printed on the Guarantee Card supplied with every mattress. Sparsh has been manufacturing since 2006 and stands behind every product made under the Supreme Petro Foam name.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects — foam delamination, bonded-layer separation, broken springs, and stitching failures — under normal household use. It does not cover stains, burns, physical damage, body impressions less than 1.5", or damage caused by an unsupportive base/cot.

Yes — Supreme Petro Foam operates under an ISO 9001 quality management system. Every batch of foam is density-tested and every spring assembly is load-tested before being approved for use in a Sparsh mattress.

Home delivery is arranged by the dealer in most cases. Mattresses are not folded for transport — they are delivered flat-rolled or rigid, which protects internal foam and spring structure. The delivery team will help place it on your bed.

Yes — most authorised dealers offer Zero-Cost EMI through major credit cards and consumer finance partners. Eligibility, tenure and processing charges depend on the financier; ask your dealer for the current schemes.

Use a breathable mattress protector from day one. Rotate the mattress head-to-foot every 3 months in the first year, then twice a year afterwards. Vacuum gently every 4–6 weeks and air it under a fan or near a window once a quarter. Never fold the mattress, even partially — it damages bonded layers and springs.

Blot — never rub — with a dry cloth first. Use cold water and a mild detergent on the spot, then dab dry. Avoid soaking, bleach, or any solvent: they damage the quilted fabric and can void the warranty. A waterproof protector is the easiest way to avoid stains entirely.

A well-cared-for Sparsh mattress lasts 8–12 years. Heavier construction (HR foam + bonded core, or pocket-spring models) can last longer. The clearest signs that a mattress is past its prime are visible body impressions, sagging at the edges, or waking with new aches that go away during the day.
