Buyer profiles and foam resources
We do not sell stock product to B2B buyers. Every order is engineered around your application — density, firmness, slab size, finishing and cycle life. Pick the vertical closest to your work and the spec discussion starts there.
Furniture & sofa OEM
HR seating foam at 32–40 kg/m³, bonded backrest grades, cushion fills. India sofa cluster proximity (Jalandhar, Ludhiana, Sahibabad, Kirti Nagar).
For sofa & seating makersHospitality & institutional
Mattresses, pillows and headboard foam for hotels, hostels, hospitals, hostels and PG accommodation. High-cycle-life grades and batch consistency.
For hotels & institutionsAutomotive upholstery
Seat, headrest and door-pad foam for OEM and aftermarket upholsterers. Higher density, narrow IFD tolerance, batch traceability.
For automotive upholsterersProtective packaging
Cushioning foam inserts for electronics, glass, ceramics, medical devices and industrial parts. Anti-static grades on request.
For packaging buyersFoam grades library
Density, IFD and typical application by grade. Reference sheet for procurement teams comparing options before sending an RFQ.
See the spec libraryWhat "density" actually means for procurement
Density (kg/m³) is the weight of foam per cubic metre. It is the single best predictor of how long a foam piece will hold its shape under cyclic load. It is not the same thing as firmness — that is IFD/ILD, the force needed to compress the foam by 25%. A 36 kg/m³ HR foam can be tuned soft or firm without changing its density. Where buyers go wrong is specifying firmness alone; we always quote density + IFD together.
Rule of thumb for Indian climate
For 8–10 year service life under daily Indian use (warm weather, humidity, heavier average occupant weight than EU/US benchmarks), specify 32 kg/m³ or higher in the support core. Below 28 kg/m³ is acceptable only for low-cycle applications (decorative cushions, occasional headboards). Below 24 kg/m³ has no procurement case for furniture or mattress use.
Why India proximity matters
Foam is a high-volume, low-weight cargo. Long road or rail haul absorbs margin and adds days to lead time. our factory sits inside the India furniture and hospitality cluster:
Quality systems built for procurement audits
If you sit in a procurement team, you know the cost of a bad vendor decision. We have built our quality processes for buyers who have to defend the choice internally:
- ISO 9001: Documented quality management system across raw material intake, production, batch testing and dispatch.
- Batch testing: Every production batch is sampled for density, IFD/ILD, compression set and tensile strength. Test certificates issued per batch on request.
- Raw material origin: Polyol and TDI sourced from established Indian suppliers; lot numbers traceable from finished foam back to raw chemical batch.
- Manufacturing track record: In continuous production since 2006 — long enough to have stress-tested every grade in real Indian conditions.
How to get a quote
Four short steps:
- Send an RFQ. Tell us your application, monthly volume, density target (or share IFD targets) and any slab-dimension or finishing requirements. Use the RFQ form →
- We respond in 24 hours with a price, lead time and a sample plan. We will tell you if we think a different grade fits better — we would rather lose an order than oversell density.
- Sample dispatch in 48–72 hours for in-stock grades, 5–7 working days for cut-to-spec.
- First order, then recurring contract. Most B2B clients move to a monthly or quarterly schedule with locked-in pricing inside the first three months.
Foam B2B FAQ
What kinds of foam do you supply?
PU foam, HR foam, bonded (re-bonded) foam and memory foam. Densities from 24 kg/m³ up to 40+ kg/m³ in the support core. IFD/ILD firmness ranges are tuned per order. Slab dimensions are cut to your spec.
What is your MOQ?
Flexible. First-time orders typically start at one full block / one truck load; recurring contracts have lower per-order minimums. Share volume and grade in the RFQ — we will quote against your specific need rather than impose a one-size MOQ.
How fast can you dispatch samples?
Standard density grades held in inventory: 48–72 hours from RFQ. Cut-to-spec custom grades: 5–7 working days from order confirmation. Our factory to most India clusters: under 48 hours by truck.
Do you supply test certificates with each batch?
Yes, on request. Standard tests reported per batch: density, IFD/ILD, compression set, tensile strength. Issued with batch number and traceable back to raw chemical lot.
Do you ship outside India?
Yes, for larger contracts. Rail-haul is cost-effective for cost-sensitive monthly volumes; truck for shorter lead times; container for export-grade work. Quote varies with destination and volume.
Ready to talk specifications?
