1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the website at sparshmattresses.com (the "Site") or by purchasing any product under
the Sparsh Mattress brand from an authorised dealer, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If
you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use the Site or purchase the products. These
Terms form a binding contract between you and Supreme Petro Foam Industry ("Sparsh",
"we", "us" or "our").
2. Use of the website
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or
restrict the use of, any third party. Specifically, you must not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, server or related infrastructure.
- Introduce viruses, trojans, worms or other harmful material.
- Scrape, crawl or extract content for commercial use without our prior written permission.
- Use the Site to transmit unsolicited advertising, spam or chain communications.
3. Purchases & dealer network
Sparsh products are sold through a network of authorised dealers across Punjab, Haryana and Delhi NCR.
Pricing, payment terms, delivery and after-sales service are coordinated by the dealer who issues the
invoice, subject to the manufacturer's published price list and warranty card. The Site itself is not a
point-of-sale and does not process payments.
4. Warranty & product claims
Each Sparsh mattress is supplied with a Guarantee Card stating the warranty period (typically 2 to 11
years) and the conditions of cover. Warranty claims must be raised through the dealer of purchase, with
the original invoice and Guarantee Card. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Damage from
misuse, improper bed-frames, fluid spills, fire, pets, folding, or unauthorised repair voids the
warranty.
5. Intellectual property
The Site and all content on it — text, graphics, logos, images, videos, animations, code and the "Sparsh"
and Supreme Petro Foam trademarks — are the property of Supreme Petro Foam Industry or its licensors,
protected by Indian and international copyright and trademark laws. You may view and print pages for
personal, non-commercial reference only. Any other use, including reproduction, distribution or
modification, requires our prior written permission.
6. User-submitted content
If you submit reviews, photos, testimonials or other content to us, you grant Sparsh a non-exclusive,
royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce and display that content in our marketing across web,
print and social channels, with reasonable attribution. You retain ownership of your content and confirm
that you have the right to share it.
7. Third-party links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control these sites and are not responsible
for their content, privacy practices or availability.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether
express or implied, except those that cannot be excluded under Indian law. We make reasonable efforts to
keep product specifications, pricing and availability accurate, but errors may occur and we reserve the

9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Supreme Petro Foam Industry, its directors, employees and
partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages,
including loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or its content. Our total
aggregate liability arising from or related to the Site shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any,
for the product or service that gave rise to the claim.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sparsh, its affiliates, dealers, officers and employees from any
claim, loss or expense arising out of your breach of these Terms, your use of the Site, or your violation
of any law or third-party right.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site without notice if you breach these Terms or use the
Site in a manner harmful to us or other users. Provisions concerning intellectual property, disclaimer of
warranties, limitation of liability, indemnity and governing law survive termination.
12. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or related to the Site, the Terms
or the products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Ludhiana,
India, India.
13. Changes to these terms
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. Continued use of the
Site after the "Last updated" date above constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
