What happens after you send the RFQ

  1. Within 24 business hours, our B2B desk reviews your spec and confirms feasibility, indicative price band and lead time. If we think a different grade fits better, we will say so before quoting.
  2. Within 48–72 hours, we dispatch samples of standard grades (cut-to-spec custom grades take 5–7 working days).
  3. You test, we refine, and we finalise pricing for first-order volume plus indicative pricing for recurring volumes.
  4. First order ships, and most B2B clients move to a monthly or quarterly call-off schedule inside the first three months.
