Foam B2B / Protective packaging

Cushioning inserts that
protect through the supply chain.

Cut, profiled or moulded foam packaging inserts for electronics, glassware, ceramics, medical devices and industrial parts. Anti-static grades available for sensitive electronics. Volume orders dispatched across India and pan-India for export packagers.

Who this is for

Manufacturers and exporters who ship fragile or sensitive goods. Electronics assemblers, glassware and ceramics exporters, medical device makers, industrial component manufacturers, art and museum logistics. Anyone whose freight has to survive multi-modal handling in one piece.

How packaging foam buyers think

Drop-test performance Packaging foam is judged on g-force absorption during fall. Density and IFD both matter; profile (die-cut vs sheet) shifts the effective curve. We will recommend a grade based on your fragility rating and typical drop height.
Cost per unit shipped Foam cost is a small fraction of total packaging cost but a high-leverage variable on damage rates. We will quote against your current damage rate target — not just on per-kg foam price.
Volume and lead time High-volume packagers usually need predictable weekly call-off. We can hold a stock window of your grade and dimensions for fast turnaround.
Sample testing Drop-tested samples shipped within 5–7 working days. Iterate on grade and profile before committing to bulk supply.

Packaging FAQ

Can you supply die-cut inserts for specific parts?

Yes. Share part drawings or a sample, and we will quote with the cutting tooling cost amortised across the order size. Per-unit price drops sharply with volume.

What is the MOQ for anti-static (ESD) grades?

Higher than standard PU foam because the ESD additive is sourced per batch. Typical minimum is 5–10 m³ per order. Share monthly volume in the RFQ.

Do you supply for export packaging compliance?

Yes. FR-treated and ROHS-compliant grades available. Specify destination market and standard in the RFQ.

What is your lead time for first orders?

5–7 working days for standard grades. Custom die-cut inserts add tooling lead time (typically 7–10 days for first-time tooling, none for repeat orders).

Got a part you need to ship safely?

Send the RFQ with the part dimensions and we will design the foam protection.
