ISO 9001 quality management
Supreme Petro Foam operates an ISO 9001 quality management system across the full production flow: raw material intake, foaming, curing, slabbing, finishing, batch sampling, and dispatch. The certification is independently audited and renewed on the standard cycle. Documentation available on request as part of vendor onboarding.

View Full Resolution CertificateBatch testing — what we measure
Every production batch is sampled and tested before dispatch. Standard reported parameters:
| Parameter | What it tells you | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Density (kg/m³) | Mass of foam material per cubic metre | The single best predictor of long-term durability. A foam at 32 kg/m³ will outlast a foam at 24 kg/m³ for the same firmness. |
| IFD / ILD (N or kgf at 25% deflection) | Force required to compress the foam by 25% of its thickness | Measures firmness. Two foams at the same density can have very different IFD — this is how we tune feel without changing durability. |
| Compression set (%) | Permanent thickness loss after 22 hours under 50% compression at 70°C | Predicts how the foam will hold its thickness over years of daily compression. Lower is better. |
| Tensile strength (kPa) | Force per area required to break the foam | Indicates resistance to tearing during fabrication and use. Important for thin comfort layers and complex profiles. |
| Elongation at break (%) | How much the foam stretches before failing | Predicts cover-sewing performance and resistance to tearing in upholstery shops. |
Test certificates are issued per batch with batch number, date and operator signature. They can be attached to your delivery challan, sent electronically, or uploaded to a shared vendor portal — whatever your procurement workflow prefers.
